Some ways LIVEeachmoment Art
is showing up in our community...

At LIVEeachmoment Art, mental health advocacy is the heart behind everything we do. From the beginning, we have donated part of our sales to To Write Love On Her Arms, in support of their mission. Having struggled with mental health for 15+ years, I know what it's like to be in the darkness, and for long periods of time. There were times when it felt impossible to continue fighting, but I was fortunate to have people alongside me who could hold hope for me. Art became one of the most helpful tools in my recovery. I discovered art journaling in 2020, and it was something I committed to doing daily. Even when parts of me felt silenced, I could express thoughts and emotions through art in a way that I couldn't with words. When I began sharing my work on Facebook, I realized there were so many people who needed to hear the words I put on my art journal pages.

When I was in the depth of my struggles, I felt so alone, and I didn't feel like people wanted to hear from me. I didn't think anyone wanted to know how I was actually doing. I worried they might be scared, and I didn't feel like they could possibly understand. As people have begun to have more conversations about mental health, and as we're making space for the reality of mental illness, I want others to know they're not alone. I want to remind them of the truth, "the world would not be better without you." And I hope to share that truth with the world through my stickers, art, shirts, and other products.

It may sound simple, but when I'm having a hard day, seeing a sticker that says "tomorrow needs you" or "you matter" can be a huge reminder that there is space in the world for me. And I want YOU to know that too.
